IOB Exam Pattern Details:

Written Test Comprises of 4 tests with 200 questions and 200 marks. The marks allotted and the other related details are discussed in detail below

1. Written Test: (Only for Credit Officer Position): Written Test would be Objective type and this paper consists of 4 sections namely…

a. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks from the marks allotted for that question.

b. Those candidates who score sufficiently high marks in Written Test would be called for Interview.

c. The cutoff marks for the Written Test would be decided by the Bank.

d. The Examination centres would be at Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

e. SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be extended relaxation in marks as per Govt rules.

2. Interview: Depending on the number of vacancies, only those candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks stipulated for written test (Objective paper) and rank sufficiently high in the order of merit shall be called for a Personal Interview.  The Interview would carry 50 marks and the minimum qualifying marks would be 22.50marks for General and 20.00 marks for SC/ST/PWD/OBC candidates.
