| Manipur Civil Service Selection Process Details |
Selection Procedure : Manipur Civil Services Combined Competitive Examination selection process will consists of three successive stages
1) Preliminary Examination
2) Main Examination
3) Interview.
Preliminary Examination :
Preliminary Competitive Examination will consists of one paper i.e General Studies, which contains questions on General Science, Current events of national and international importance, History of India and Indian National Movement, Indian and World Geography, Indian Polity and Economy, General Mental Ability. On general mental ability, the candidates will be tested on reasoning and analytical abilities. Preliminary examination is conducted for admission to the Main Examination.
Main Examination :
The candidates who qualified in preliminary examination will be called for main examination. The Main Examination is intended to assess the overall intellectual traits and depth of understanding of candidates rather than merely the range of their information and memory. The main competitive examination shall include compulsory and optional subjects.
Interview :
Candidates who qualify in main examination will be called for interview.
